THIS BOOKING WILL SET OUT THE AGREED DATE and TIME of PICKUP. 

NO PLANT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP OR DISPATCH PRIOR TO CLEARED FUNDS OF THE FULL INVOICE VALUE BEING IN OUR BANK. 

TREES WILL THEN BE AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTED FROM THE NURSERY AREA DISPATCH STATION AT THE BOOKING DATE AND TIME AT THE BOOKED TIME PURCHASERS MAY PICKUP THEIR PURCHASED PLANTS, AT THE LOADING BAY AND LOAD THEIR PLANTS FOR SHIPMENT . 

PLANTS FOR DELIVERY BY INDEPENDENT CARRIER WILL BE STORED AND DISPATCHED ACCORDING TO THE CARRIERS PROGRAM.

Plant Sale:

• The list of the Tree Specials is found on the Nursery Evergreen Connect data base as presented in the proposed order form and lists the plants available for sale.
• As the numbers of trees are set out in the EC purchase order form may vary according to orders requested, numbers available can and will not be guaranteed until all orders have been processed and paid for with cleared funds.
• Proposed Purchases will be taken in order as identified by the date and time the order request is received by our computer system.
• Once a proposed order is confirmed, paid and after money is cleared into our bank account the number of trees purchased will be reserved for that client.
• Progressively as payments are made and cleared funds are available the numbers of available stock will be adjusted, these number must be considered as indicative ONLY and there is no actual or implied indication of available stock available at any time.
• All stock is subject to prior sale or removal from sales at the company’s discretion.
• There will be no Preview Nursery Visit of the Trees included in this special Sale.
• In the EC proposed order document indicative pictures are on the site showing the trees type and form.
• Trees pictured may be in foliage, at the time the picture was taken, but currently deciduous trees may not be in foliage.
• There will be no, Nursery Visit, other preview or selection process for the trees listed on the EC proposed purchase order form.
• Purchased trees require maintenance and pruning, as they grow, branches present at the time of purchase will be replaced by new branches in a new higher position in the maturing crown.as the tree matures.

Collection of Purchased Trees:

• Plants purchased at the sale will be within the nursery rows throughout the nursery.  As machinery is required to extract trees sold, it is not possible within the Nursery site to have members of the general public and children in attendance,
• Trees will be extracted, when cleared funds are received,
• Then Trees consolidated in the dispatch zone ready for the booked collection date and time.

Collection by Purchasers:

• Available for pickup, subject to safety requirements, at a date and time to be agreed.
• Loading of the trees, on transport, is the responsibility of and in the hands of the purchaser. The Nursery staff or owners will not be involved.
• If either labour and or equipment is required to load or help load, and additional pre agreed fee will apply due when trees are paid for.
• This agreed fee will be in accordance with the collection booking date and time, at time.
• Loading risk to purchaser’s vehicles, equipment or trees is entirely at the purchaser’s risk.

Assisting in the Collection and loading of Purchaser’s trees:

• If assistance to load trees a fee will apply to assist the purchaser,
• The fee should be agreed prior to booking the pickup date and time,
• Rate and cost will be determined by equipment used and labour required and time.  A minimum charge of $5plus GST will apply.

• The Nursery Owners, The Company nor the machine operator, will be liable for any damage or consequential loss however it occurs to the purchaser’s vehicle, property or persons as a result arising from any circumstance pre, during or post the pickup and loading process or while on the property.

Dispatch of Paid for Purchased Trees and Green Freight Company delivery charges:

• Where trees are to be dispatched by contractor, the costs, loading fees and delivery date and approx time will be advised and paid for with the trees.
• Trees will be extract and made available in the Nursery dispatch area.
• Green freight companies will pick during their normal visit cycles,
• Green freight companies that come to the Nursery, mostly pick up once a week, so allow 5-10 days for pick, delivery is normally 2 to 4 days after pickup.  Delivery is to kerbside only and trees must be moved into the property by the owner.
• Special deliveries of larger trees including delivery on site can be arranged at additional cost.

Requesting Delivery by a Green Freight Company:  Delivery can be arranged via green freight companies.  This will be estimated on the day the purchase order is received and is subject to separate additional fees.  As a guide the fee can be estimated on the following basis:

• A call out fee of $50 plus,
• Depending on JETbag root ball and tree size from $5/ tree,
• Example for Melbourne Metro area,
  • 1 delivery of up to 25 x 20lt trees estimated fee of $150 or $6.00 per tree plus gst.

Prepayment of dispatch will be due at time of tree purchase.

SALES – special prices for this sale:

All plants sold will attract GST at 10% on top of the purchase price.

Tax invoices will be issued on all sales.

Payment:

All prospective buyers must register, via the Evergreen Connect order form.  It is critical that all fields are filled in or the system does not work and sales will not occur.  All accounts to be settled by EFT or credit card on once the proposed order have been processes on the day of the sale order is received or the next business day.  (CC are limited to Visa, Master Card and Amex, No credit card surcharge will apply).

The list of Trees included in the sale:

The web site EC proposed order form sets out the Genus and Species that are included in the Sale.  The sales is limited to these trees that appear on this list, note that not all trees or plants in the Nursery are for sale, due to prior sale or any other reason we choose.

Numbers of Trees:

Trees numbers at the sale are from single trees to multiples.  Trees for inclusion in the sale listed on the Proposed Order for on Evergreen Connect page provided.  The number of trees offered for sale are those numbers listed against each tree species found on the EC list.  Once the available numbers are sold they have gone.  Please note that until they proposed order for trees is confirmed and invoiced and paid for the numbers on the web site will not be reduced.  Sales will be made on the basis of date and time the proposed order is received.  No trees will be held against a proposed order until it is confirmed and the trees paid for, at that time the advertised numbers will be amended.  We reserve the right to remove any tree species from sale at any time of our choice.

RANGE OF TREES THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE AND THEIR PRICE:

 Different Genera and species have different propagation methods and require different time lines to reach saleable condition.  This has the effect of creating different prices for the same ARP container size.  For this Special Sale all prices for trees are at below wholesale rates and offered per JETbag nominated size plus GST which will be applied to all purchases at 10% of the total value.

Commercial Grade:  All trees are of commercial grade but will grow into good healthy trees provided they are planted properly and subsequently maintained as the particular species requires.  All tree require formative pruning, ground mulching, manuring, irrigation when required, staking or supporting during establishment and removal of stakes and ties when established.  Mulching of the root plate is generally beneficial to establish and maintain good soil heath and microbiome diversity.  The trees are babies and like all babies require attention, to achieve the best possible outcome.  Planting appropriate trees in an appropriate place is important.

Trees offered in this sale are Commercial Grade Trees 20lt and above:  The end of a batch, excess numbers, or simply not required.

THE PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY:

 Planting site preparation and establishment maintenance is critical to the final success of any tree.  While we provide you with trees that have had the best start in life when you take them to their new home it’s up to you how well they do.

Planting and bringing a tree into an established state should cost 2 – 5 times the purchase cost of the trees.  This includes the preparation of a proper planting site, sustaining the required environmental conditions for the tree to establish and management procedures on the tree through the establishment period.

 Remember:  “The Dogs Life of a Tree” is 10 human years to 1 tree year.

Method of Sale:

Sold via the internet through the web site rivtt.biz will have a list of plants included in the sale are found on the Evergreen Connect proposed order form to be filled in and emailed to us..

Trees will be offered as individual units all are sold.  The first person to request to purchase a line of trees will have the right to take one or as many of those trees offered as they chose.  The remaining trees of that type will then come available to the next person and so on until all trees are sold.  The Sellers decision, as to the final successful purchaser, will be final, or at seller’s discretion, if agreement, between the competing clients, cannot be reached the plants will be withdrawn from sale.

NOTE:  For OH&S risk management reasons, trees may not be available for pickup, paid for and on a date and at a time agreed.  No dogs, cats or other animals are to be brought to the site.
